It could mean that, but I’ve never heard of pimples as an allergic reaction.. You could try a different mask and if it has the same effect it’s probably nothing to worry about. It could just be that your pores are more blocked at the minute than they have been, this can be due to any changes in your routine, environment, lifestyle etc.
