You can spray some aerosol deoderant/body spray/perfume/any cosmetic product in an aerosol can onto the nail and rub it off (it might take a few tries to get it all off) or on to a qtip and rub that over the nail polish.

Alternatively you can paint a layer of top coat over the old nail polish and wipe it off again, it should attract the other layer of nail polish and pull it off too :)
